Ideology

"Education shall be directed to the full development of human personality on respect for democratic principles of coexistence and the rights and fundamental freedoms" Spanish Constitution, Article 27, paragraph 2.

Accordingly to this maxim, the education of Añoreta School is based on:

• Education for freedom: individual and social achievement of students;
• Live together in the context of democratic practices, tolerant and supportive;
• Education related to the real world;
• Students get critical, creative and autonomous attitude;
• Adapt the general curriculum to the needs of students;
• Use of new technologies such as basic pillar of education;
• Physical activity, sports and psychomotor development.
• Quality education.
• Acquisition of cultural resources and basic attitudes available to all our children;
• Different learning processes;
• Planning team. The contrasting work of teachers, the sharing of experiences, their lifelong learning, critical and collaborative interdisciplinary variety.
• The School is Spanish and presents Spanish methodology. It also promotes the use of English as a second language and German or /French as a third language.
