Bilingualism

Añoreta School aims to achieve a practical Spanish-English bilingualism to ensure a proper and very advanced knowledge of the latter, allowing the student full credit to deal with any context where English is necessary. The start in this language is implanted after 3 years old, increasing its importance progressively to the percentage of approximately 50% of English teaching in Primary and remaining so until the Bachelor´s degree. Our qualified teachers and our substantial resources and methodology enable us to develop this objective.

The German/French is included as a third language from the 6th Primary grade and it is studied up to the 2 º stage of Bachelor´s degree.

Languages are without any doubt one of the basic pillars of our School, and immersed on the process of globalization, future professionals need a good understanding of 2 or 3 languages to deal with great perspective to the labor market. Añoreta School organizes a series of exchanges with students from USA, England and Germany as well as summer activities in Ireland and Canada to enhance the English and German in those countries.

The ultimate goal is that, besides our bilingual education, students are backed up by an official title of a prestigious institution which reflects the actual level in the English language: examinations from Trinity College. This institution offers 12 degrees of proficiency certification, so that all students get a certification to put their skills into value.
