New Technologies

Surely, our society is based and everyday more, in the new technologies and particularly the Informatics Sector. Therefore, in our Center is conceived as a pedagogical tool to serve the diverse areas of knowledge from the beginning of school life. Our Center has fully well equipped classrooms in both hardware and educational Software that combined with the high qualifications of the teachers, will help meet this important goal for the present and future development of our students.

It is a fundamental skill in our society and the future of our students to have an adequate computer literacy, which means to handle properly the new technologies. Arises from two perspectives: new technologies as a way (support and development of different areas: Mathematics, knowledge of the environment, natural sciences...) and new technologies as an end (learning the most important tools: Processors of text, spreadsheet, database manager, design programs...).

The School also has an online learning platform based on open system Moodle course management. In it, teachers can publish any content related to the subject they teach and also they can program assignments, tests and questionnaires. This tool allows enriching and modernizing the educational experience, making it more interactive and attractive to our students. Moreover, this system incorporates communication applications and collaborative work to develop these skills among students.

Moodle is the most widely platform used for virtual learning in the world. The virtual work at the campuses of most universities around the world is done on it. So, using it also serves as an extra preparation for the students to continue towards their educational experience beyond the School.
