Quality Managment

The pursuit of excellence in all areas of Añoreta School is not understood without the definition of processes and procedures and implementation thereof. The Center plays an important role in this area and within the 2009/2011 Quality Plan; it has set the benchmark for certification of the School in the main standards of excellence (Quality and Environment) during 2010. The process has already begun with the initial approach:

  • Analysis of internal functioning;
  • First meetings of the Quality Committee;
  • Realize interviews with different responsible persons for action procedures.

Objective:

Certify the School with ISO 9000 and 14000 before the end of 2010.
