Organizational Structure

The Center has been strengthened in recent months with the creation of an organizational structure capable of supporting all the challenges that are generated in the project of the Center, both in the field of infrastructure and strategies, as in education. This new structure is designed to bring change, continuous improvement and excellence.

This structure now has new collegiate bodies as:

  • Management Committee;
  • Educational Committee.

Governing Council

The Board of Directors is the supreme organ of Government and society representation at Añoreta School Corner SL. Its main mission: defend the interests of shareholders by harmonizing them with those of stakeholders (employees, customers, suppliers, union, community, education, etc).

Its functions include: define, design and agree with the strategic plans of the Center and ensure that the organization has sufficient resources for achieving them.

Steering Committee

Although in theory our company law sets up a tier system in relation to the board of a society. In practice we develop a dual system to attach to the Steering Committee virtually the entire executive branch. The Steering Committee serves as the Department through delegated functions. It is coordinated and led by a President of Novasoft Group Executive.

This Committee meets the following tasks:

  1. It is the organ that develops and maintains the executive within the Company.
  2. Monitor and control the operations of the company.
  3. To provide the company a set of policies and rules to help increase yields in terms of quality and operating
  4. Gear the improvement for productivity and quality of service.
  5. Hiring, promotion and/or termination of worker´s contract as so as the performance evaluation of them.
  6. Definition of strategies within the company's operational framework for the achievement of those objectives.
  7. Periodic assessment of the degree of compliance with the objectives of the company and decision making regarding deviations on them.
  8. Analysis of performance assessments carried out to direct and indirect partners.
  9. Homogenization of business strategies and actions.
  10. Benchmarking.
  11. Proposition of new services/solutions to deploy.
  12. Homogenization of project management methodology.
  13. Evaluation of project results on the objectives and contingency plans.
  14. Proposition of new methodological issues to consider.
  15. Case analysis.
  16. Coordination, pooling and sharing of pertinent information (about customers, about ongoing projects ...).
  17. Definition of quality policies
  18. Nomination of middle management.
  19. Propose to the Board of Directors for the posts of head teachers and the principal.

Education Committee

It is the highest organ of the educational community. It is responsible for the coordination, management, promotion and representation of the educational activity center, as well as its maintenance and improvement, and development of activities and projects of educational innovation. In contact with the education authority and other schools, it is composed by:

Top Management, Management, Headquarters of Study of each stage and Secretariat Management. It is coordinated and led by the Director of the Institution.

The most relevant functions of this body are:

  1. The total or partial reform of the curriculum.
  2. Deliberation on the outlines of the performance of school education, educational research, training plans for educators.
  3. The proposal of the Director and other educational members to the Board for approval.
  4. Monitoring of complaints and actions for improvements in educational issues.
  5. The adoption and amendment of the necessary regulations for education.
  6. All other competencies in the academic and educational.
  7. Coordinate the cloister of faculty teachers.
  8. Approve and evaluate curricular projects and educational aspects, under the Draft Annual Plan Center of the same.
  9. Analyze and assess the overall functioning of the Center, changes in school performance and evaluation results as so as any other report concerning the progress of it.
