Colegio Añoreta: Education for Life!!

Dear Parents,

In 2009, the company Novasoft became the major shareholder in Novaschool Añoreta, thus beginning a new way of working in the company: the creation and development of educational spaces of excellence in different points of the country. From now on, a new stage in the educational institution Añoreta begins, marked by the Novasoft philosophy: the search for Excellence at all levels, as demonstrated by the fact that in June 2008 Novasoft was awarded the Premio Principe Felipe a la Excelencia Empresarial (Prince Felipe Award for Business Excellence) in the Industrial Quality category and thus becoming the first Andalusian society to receive the award in this category, the highest award a Spanish company can aspire to.

From its birth, in 1993, Novasoft´s main aim has been to build a business model based on the creation of value and commitment with our groups of interest or shareholders. We carry out a continuous work aimed at achieving the satisfaction and loyalty of all our clients through the application of a model of continuous improvement and business excellence (EFQM) therefore accomplishing the interests and expectations of the above- mentioned groups.

We are convinced that our first responsibility as a business is to the hundreds of employees that with their effort and sacrifice make Novasoft, a company formed by various shareholders, amongst whom Unicaja stands out, a great organization which we feel proud of. Novasoft also has an important commitment with the environment and culture, being a founding patron of the Fundación Manuel Alcántara and a partner in the Museo Picasso Málaga. Conscious of our social calling, we have the Fundación Novasoft, which carries out various acts in clear benefit of marginal sectors, aid to young business people and donations to other foundations of a social character. Furthermore, we have a clear understanding that we must conjugate the verbs compete and collaborate. In this sense, our company has been pioneer in Andalucía in developing Competitive Cooperation policies with other companies of the same sector.

In Novasoft we understand innovation as a mechanism that helps change in all situations.
